I think this is it! I created a simple design using J's by rotating and reflecting them (pretty basic) and incorporated that into my design. I like the way it turned out and I think I met the req's for the assignment. Yaay!

I almost forgot I have this sketch I did from the initial image. I did this just to get an understanding of the layout and different strokes used in creating the image. This is nothing profound but it helped me to further my design by giving me an idea of what I would be getting myself into.

Like the last post this is a bad image because again the line of printable space does not show up. But anyway, I like this composition and I think this is the general idea of what I am going to expand upon for next class by maybe adding text or some other sort of image. I need to think more about these things. I'll come prepared next class with a list of ideas to try out and keep posting the results.

This is a bad image. There is an outline depicting where the edge of the printable space is that does not show here so the image is actually centered but it doesn't show. All I did in this one is add color to the background to see what it would look like. I like how the whites of the eyes contrast to the color in the background.

This was me just trying to play around with copying and pasting images and doing the like with groups. Also reflecting and rotating an image to come up with some sort of design. I found it's harder than it looks.

This was the first attempt at using the vector tool. I had so many problems understanding how to use the pen tool and that you have to think along the lines of breaking an image down into shapes and constructing an image that way rather than seeing the image as a whole.
